Skillshare Overview: Internet Courses - Master Anything, On Your Agenda

I signed up to Skillshare as a free trial.

The day BEFORE my trial was designed to end I got an email from them thanking me for subscribing to Premium.

Obviously, I was confused. It's normal for organizations to offer free trials in hopes that you enjoy the item enough to actually cover it. What is not normal is for the company to LIE to you and bill you daily before the free trial is supposed to finish, in effect frees you and stealing your money. I was furious.

I looked online and after 30 minutes of digging, I found a telephone number for your firm (Red flag, that which legitimate company does not have an easily accessible customer service number?) . I called this number and it went right to voicemail. The voice on the research sounded like a stoned college child, finish with "ums" and "likes" (Red flag amount 2). At this point I was freaking out cause all these experiences were leading me to think this really was a scam. The only option left to me is to compose them an email via their site. This was more than 3 months ago, and I've yet to get a response.

I am appalled at click the way they handle company (by first tricking their customers, then ignoring their issues). They stole my cash without warning and are now unreachable.

I moved back to their website and even their advertising for Premium is really a lie. It clearly states that your Premium account is cancelable at anytime. What they actually mean is you're able to cancel it so that it won't revive at the next billing cycle (that is an entire year!!) . They're SkillShare Reviews - 33 Reviews of  Sitejabber crooks. If their content were some good, I would have happily continued using their solutions, but most of their movies are items I can locate on YouTube or other areas at no cost. The only thing that I am do now is spare others the hassle.

DO NOT sign up for your free trial. If you do a bit more research you'll discover a plethora of different reviews like mine.

Proceed into or YouTube. Please, do not make the same mistake that I did, and keep away!!

I composed Skillshare a last time, also it seems like from the previous 4 weeks they have really upped their customer service game. I obtained a biased response apologizing to my prior experience and having an offer to refund me all of my money. This gesture was more than I expected, and I am thankful to know that individuals do actually work in this company, and it appears they're listening to the negative reviews and also trying to create a better firm.
